Each system on DelegateManager uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), meaning your delegates' information is secure and encrypted during transport to our databases.

Does your event comply with Continuing professional development (CPD)? Our system issues CPD PDF certificates to all attendees.

Delegate Look-up

Not using our facilities to Email? No problem, use our feature 'Delegate Look-up' to import your original list and get our response minus delegates, non-attendees and incompletes.

Add to Calendar

Let your delegates add the event to their calendar. Calendar support extends to iCal, Outlook, Outlook Online, Yahoo! and Google Calendar. And you have full control the entry information.

We have a small team that manage the DelegateManager product, and their inside-out knowledge of it is at your disposal for every step of the process.


Need to quickly communicate with your delegates? Our Announcements feature lets you inform your delegates of anything you want. Information sensitive? You can flag your announcement for only attendees.

Not everyone can make your event, it's a simple fact of life, but we can capture who 'Non-attendees' are so we don't bother them again. We can also track who hasn't completed their bookings.

We had used an online tool previously, as part of our awards entry process, but we found the product clunky and unsuitable for our requirements. We were attracted to DelegateManager due to its flexibility and bespoke nature. This allowed us to fully customise our online entry process, to fit both our needs and allow our entrants a fast and easy solution. After speaking with the team at DelegateManager, we realised that we were also able to customise the product further for our judging process, taking our award entries fully online. This helped us immensely, due to the geographical distance of our judges, and meant they had the flexibility to work through each entry at their own convenience in a secure portal and share their comments online, where we could collate the information and use it for our final judging. We would highly recommend this product and intend to use it further for both the awards and to manage our local bimonthly events.
